Dockerfile_simulation-jammy not installing gz-transport14 or gz-transport13

[Dockerfile_simulation-jammy](https://github.com/PX4/PX4-containers/blob/master/docker/Dockerfile_simulation-jammy) not installing gz-transport14 or gz-transport13 but is needed for https://github.com/PX4/PX4-Autopilot/blob/main/src/modules/simulation/gz_bridge/CMakeLists.txt#L36-L38 to install `gz_bridge`.
