Sneak hand-written mdx files under a category in the generated sidebar

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out a way to have some of my hand-written mdx doc files inside the sidebar generated by the plugin (group paths by tags).

The goal is to have:

Where all the POST stuff is generated from the openapi yaml but the "Best practices" mdx is something I come and sneak under the "Eating" tag. Given that the "Food" category was also autogenerated from the tags: [Eating] in the yaml.

Any clues?
