Optifine Compatibility(For VR)

Is there any way to run this with optifine. This is pretty insane. Forge with around 300 mods was running at 50-70fps with 20fps lows now runs at over 600 fps.
Mod is just what vivecraft needs considering how badly vr runs lol.

That's just something that's unrealistic and will never happen. Both mods change the same parts of the code. Optifine in 1.16 just isn't worth it for modded, it breaks so many things.

As stated on the mod's CurseForge page: "Sodium and Optifine are incompatible with one another. You must pick one."

This is because both Sodium and Optifine replace the same parts of the rendering pipeline, and this fork bundles Phosphor and Lithium which also replaces some of what Optifine touches.
Making both mods play along will absolutely never happen as doing so would mean one of them would do nothing.
Plus Optifine being closed source would make this very, very difficult to get right, on top of being a moving target with no strictly defined scope.

Man, I wish somebody already makes a standalone mod for resourcepacks visual candy and shaders on Forge so we can ditch OF altogether.
