As a LocalSpend user, I should be able to receive push notifications #11
Description
The mobile app. must be able to:
- receive push notifications
- receive background notifications
Previous attempts at adding this functionality have been made [here and here], as well as in a now-closed branch on the LocalSpend-Tracker repo, but these attempts are all quite old so it is likely to be easiest to start from fresh rather than trying to adapt the pre-existing work at this point.
