Separate 'Go to Beacon' hotkey function from 'Go to last event' hotkey function

The Issue:
This is an old issue in vanilla PvP that seems to have been overlooked. When using the "Go to Beacon" hotkey, it's easy to press it just a moment too late. Instead of jumping to the most recently placed beacon, it often moves to something unrelated, such as a newly created unit or another radar alert.

Possible Solution:
After talking with a few modders, it seems the simplest fix would be to introduce a new hotkey that specifically jumps to the last beacon placed by an ally.
