The UI of `sremp-gtk` is really ugly and bad

What can I say, it's my first real GTK gui and I'm more of a backend guy.

This is the "Bad UI" tracking issue for `sremp-gtk`

- [ ] styling is non existent
- [ ] the main window grows weird
- [ ] empty chat is just a list with a big entry that says no chat is selected
