TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

   "Software" means the ChronosFracture / supertimeline source code, binaries,
   documentation, and all associated files in this repository.

   "Non-Commercial Use" means use for personal, academic, educational, or
   internal non-revenue-generating purposes, including use by government agencies,
   law enforcement, and non-profit organizations solely for investigative or
   research purposes.

   "Commercial Use" means any use of the Software, in whole or in part, that is
   primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary
   compensation. This includes, but is not limited to:
     - Use within a for-profit organization as part of a paid service offering;
     - Incorporating the Software into a commercial product or SaaS platform;
     - Providing consulting, forensic analysis, or incident response services
       to paying clients using the Software;

3. Commercial Use Requires a Separate License

   Any Commercial Use of the Software is prohibited without a separate written
