Enhance privacy by loading external content after explicit concent by users #791
Description
Currently, external content, such as the tiles from the tile servers, is directly loaded when the page is accessed. It would enhance privacy if the end user had to first consent to this explicitly by pressing some button, something like it was done for the Embed Video (fork), e.g., as seen here: https://test.pro.wiki/wiki/20230626.
It should be configurable if this feature is active for the wiki.
