Keybind conflict: COFH and Toolbelt (v)

Pressing the v key, which previously was only bound to COFH Cycle Item Mode now also opens the player's inventory with an additional Toolbelt slot visible. The recent update of Toolbelt has added Open Belt Slot Inventory and bound to v as well.

This needs to be:

• Noted in the changelog so upgrading users can take the appropriate action
• Changed in the default keybindings for new installs

With Baubles installed, there is not a need for the Toolbelt-specific belt slot, the Baubles belt slot can continue to be used. The current plan is to disable the Open Belt Slot Inventory keybind.
