launch.properties not considered from gradle-run

./gradlew run that forwards to :client:run does not seem to respect the launch.properties in the root directory. That should be fixed AND the launch.properties.dist should contain the prod paths (including the index) and there could be a launch.properties.dev containing dev paths. Both can be mentioned in the readme
