AIPM-Orbit

AIPM-Orbit is an Obsidian workspace template for AI product managers. It helps turn scattered inputs into a traceable product documentation loop.

AIPM-Orbit 是一个面向 AI 产品经理的 Obsidian 工作区模板，用来把零散输入整理为可追溯的产品文档闭环。

Core workflow / 核心工作流:

原始需求 -> 需求卡片 -> 原型管理 -> PRD管理 -> 测试用例

What It Is

A structured workspace for requirement intake, requirement analysis, prototype management, PRD drafting, and test case generation.

一个用于需求收口、需求分析、原型管理、PRD 起草与测试用例生成的结构化工作区。

  • 01_原始需求: raw requirement intake

  • 02_需求卡片: structured requirement cards

  • 06_研究沉淀: methods, retrospectives, and examples

  • 01_原始需求：承接原始输入

  • 02_需求卡片：结构化整理问题、目标、范围、风险、依赖、待确认

  • 03_原型管理：沉淀页面结构、字段、状态、交互、原型链接

  • 04_PRD管理：生成或维护正式 PRD

  • 05_测试用例：沉淀测试点、测试用例、验收标准

  • 06_研究沉淀：方法论、案例、复盘

  • 07_知识库：通用规则与概念

  • 99_系统：模板、说明、提示词、系统规则

How To Use / 使用方式

  1. Put all raw materials into 01_原始需求

  2. Create the corresponding 02_需求卡片

  3. Complete 03_原型管理

  4. Produce 04_PRD管理

  5. Generate 05_测试用例

  6. 先把所有原始材料放进 01_原始需求

  7. 产出对应的 02_需求卡片

  8. 补全 03_原型管理

  9. 生成 04_PRD管理

  10. 最后生成 05_测试用例

Keep the five-layer document chain complete for each requirement scenario, and connect documents with wikilinks whenever possible.

建议每个需求场景都保持五层文件齐全，并尽量使用 wikilink 串联上下游文档。

Sharing Notes / 共享说明

  • This repository is the shareable edition with local workspace traces removed

  • Keep a separate private Obsidian workspace for day-to-day personal use

  • AI drafts, supplements, and flags risks; humans decide scope, priority, and final approval

  • 当前仓库为可共享版本，已移除本地工作区配置与个人路径信息

  • 如需个人长期使用，建议保留独立的本地 Obsidian 工作区副本

  • AI 负责起草、补全、提示风险；人负责范围、优先级与最终定稿
