[Idea] Add scoreboard

I thought that if we add a scoreboard where we can display information about limbo.
I would also like to ask you to add a function to the velocity plugin that would immediately throw a server into limbo if it crashes. That would be great.

Please open another issue for the feature request on the plugin (one issue per feature request). Also, you can already redirect a player to PicoLimbo on a server crash, but you have to manually configure the proxy for now.
