Deployment Notifications for Admins + Changelog for Users

Request

• Admin Notification:
  On each new deployment of TWF, automatically send an email to all TWF admins with:

  • Deployment timestamp
  • Deployed version or commit hash
  • (Optional) Short summary

• User Changelog (Future):
  For user-facing updates, notify users via email or an in-app "What's New" section with a summary of changes.

Motivation

• Keep admins informed about system status.
• Improve user transparency and engagement after updates.
