Containers are too big for the current Github Actions workflow

Currently, the GitHub Actions workflow for building, testing, and publishing the various downstream analysis containers is experiencing a plethora of issues due to file size limitations.

The current containers are too big, and it is necessary to trim these down by quite a margin where possible
