Eliminate PathWhiz ingestion

Babel does not know about PathWhiz, and during the canonicalization of KG2pre to KG2c, this is causing normalization issues.

For now, will be writing code in /process/kg2pre_to_kg2c_edges.py to drop all edges that have PathWhiz prefix for their subject or object.

This needs to be updated in the next build, to remove the ingest from the snakemake file
The hack being use to bypass this for KG2.10.3c needs to be removed before canonicalization of the KG2.10.4c build.
