Hello,

I have the following settings.

When I move a foreground window around, it snaps to the edges of windows that are in the background and only partially visible. I don't want to disable the "+ outside of windows" snap feature because I need it.

To reproduce:

1. Open browser window, but don't maximize it
2. Open another window and put it behind the browser window, but only make the side of it partially visible to the user
3. Open another window and try to snap it to the partially visible window on the side that's not visible to the user

Would it be possible to get this fixed?
