Use the Staging Gateways in the Staging Invoicing Template 

# Problem

Currently, the Request Payment Invoicing Template on the Staging environment is using the Request Node Gateways on the Production environment. 

# Proposed Solution

* The Gateway URL should be made into an Environment variable.
* Request Payment on the Staging environment should use a Gateway in the Staging environment.
