Real-time Estimated Bond Preview in Maker Order Form #2332

Currently, when creating a new offer, users do not see the estimated amount of sats required for the bond until after they try to create the order or calculate it manually. This creates uncertainty about the upfront capital needed, especially for new users or when adjusting trade limits and bond percentages dynamically. Users have to guess or calculate manually if they have enough balance to cover the bond for their specific trade parameters (Amount, Premium, Bond Size).
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see a real-time "Estimated Bond" calculation displayed directly on the Maker Order Form.
- As the user adjusts the Amount (or Amount Range), Premium, or Bond Size slider, the UI should instantly update to show the approximate bond required in sats.
