What do we need?

Right now when the user opens the sidebar for List of all replies, the list comes out to be empty. I guess we can provide the user with certain famous quick replies like Thank you for reaching out! We'll get back to you shortly.

Acceptance Criteria

• Share some famous quick replies which can be added
• Implement them in the codebase
