We can't download the base checkpoint as the link is 404

I believe the link to the IPD website is back up and running now, but for future reference sake, I'll mention there's an official Rosetta Commons mirror of the files at https://ipd.graylab.jhu.edu/sequence_diffusion/checkpoints/ (Replace http://files.ipd.uw.edu/pub/ in the URL with https://ipd.graylab.jhu.edu/)
