finish integrating KZ post-processing

Master branch now has some redundant codes after KZ overhaul.   Need to retire some of these and be sure all functionality is there for 
L0_createSBD.m --> concatSWIFT_SDcardoffload.m
L1_compileSWIFT.m --- > compileSWIFT_SBD.m
L2_pruneSWIFT.m ->  SWIFT_QC.m
L3_postprocessSWIFT.m --> various scripts (per sensor)
