[UI Bug]: Screenshot Carousel Left and Right Navigation Buttons Not Functioning

Bug Description

The screenshot carousel in the UltimateHealth App section does not respond when the left or right navigation arrow buttons are clicked.

Users can navigate through screenshots by dragging or swiping the carousel, but the navigation buttons are not functioning as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the UltimateHealth website.
2. Navigate to the "UltimateHealth App" screenshots section.
3. Click the left or right navigation arrow buttons.

Expected Behavior

The carousel should move to the previous or next screenshot when the corresponding navigation button is clicked.

Actual Behavior

Clicking the navigation arrows does not change the displayed screenshot. Navigation only works through drag/swipe interactions.

Impact

This affects user experience and accessibility, as users expect the navigation buttons to function consistently with the carousel behavior.

I have investigated and fixed this issue.

A pull request has been submitted with the proposed solution:

PR #1345 – Fix article/screenshot slider navigation buttons

The fix has been tested locally, and the left/right navigation buttons are now functioning correctly while preserving existing drag/swipe behavior.

Kindly review the PR. If the changes look good, this issue can be closed upon merging.
