Package requires user to have a perfect match of stations between two input dataframes

Right now it requires a perfect match of stations metrics with station phab sample results to run. It would be ideal if the scripts can ignore stations that don't have phab data. The subsetting process to get things matched up perfectly is a bit tedious.
