The Cardinality for Application profile of a catalogue record is 0..*

but SHACL shapes allows maximum 1.

What is the right cardinality ?

In VL we are implementing cardinality of 0..* for the application profiles in the GeoNetwork DCAT-AP editor (https://github.com/metadata101/dcat-ap) for DCAT3 records. This allows indicating conformance of a record to, e.g., HVD, DCAT-AP3, DCAT-AP-VL3, ... in one go.

This is an issue in the shacl shape. We will fix it.
