Link to ADMS license type / publisher type #455

In https://semiceu.github.io/DCAT-AP/releases/3.0.0/#controlled-vocabularies-to-be-used , it is mentioned that the dct:type for a LicenseDocument is
... included in the ADMS specification (same goes for dct:type for an Agent)
The text has a link to ADMS 1.0 on purl.org.. which now redirects to purl.archive.org... which in turn returns an HTTP 303 to https://github.com/SEMICeu/ADMS-AP/raw/master/purl.org/ADMS_SKOS_v1.00.rdf
IMHO it should at least be clarified that they are support vocabularies of ADMS 1.0 (at least, I couldn't find the info SEMIC-maintained ADMS version 2.0, so I assume it's still about the 1.0 version), and I'd recommend to update the link in the documentation to point directly to either https://interoperable-europe.ec.europa.eu/sites/default/files/distribution/2014-01/ADMS_SKOS_v1.00.rdf or https://github.com/SEMICeu/ADMS-AP/raw/master/purl.org/ADMS_SKOS_v1.00.rdf
