Create new Model (Entity) to associate each course with a set of rooms

Problem description

Currently a coordinator role has access to allocate any room in the campus.

Expected Behavior

The expected behavior is that each course will have a set of rooms associated with it that a coordinator can freely allocate. And each coordinator, deg user or member of the university town hall will be associated with to give him/her permission to allocate a groups rooms.
