Improve Class Allocation screen layout

Problem description

The current screen for class search and allocation is not intuitive.

Expected Behavior

The expected layout should fix the desired class details (rectangle) on the top part of the screen, with filters allocated at the left column and the list of available room cards in a scrollable area in the center. The class and filter areas should remain fixed on screen while the room cards area can be scrollable.

I was able to set the school room information at the top, and even when you scroll down it keeps fixed at the top, but to change the layout of the search parameter boxes I would have to create it's own side bar, what eventually would be considered as duplicate code.

@renatocoral , can I keep the search fields where they are? Or do you really need them in the sidebar?
