Pain

Enhance the Sprint Review process by improving the structure of the meeting and communication with stakeholders. Implement features such as clear PBI explanations, Teams chat renaming, and use of AI-generated images with SSW colors.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Provide a clear structure for Sprint Review meetings.
2. Ensure PBIs are explained clearly during Sprint Reviews.
3. Implement a process for communicating when unable to attend meetings.
4. Prepare a Sprint Review summary for additional stakeholders.
5. Rename Teams chat and notify participants with a picture and text.
6. Use AI-generated images with SSW colors for Copilot features.
7. Create a Sprint Review retro email with images as examples.
8. Send a second email for planning with a Copilot image.

1. Add numbered steps to the rule
2. Add to intro "Sprint Reviews are better when recorded and uses Copilot"
3. Update https://www.ssw.com.au/rules/sprint-forecast-email/ to have the Copilot image step
