Pain

When editing a rule in the Rules (Content) project, the content disappears when resizing the window at the bottom of the page. The content reappears upon scrolling.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Content should remain visible when resizing the window at any position on the page.
2. The issue should not occur specifically at the bottom of the page.
3. Content should not disappear and reappear upon scrolling.

Reproduce Steps

1. Navigate to the Rules (Content) project and edit a rule.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Resize the window and observe the content disappearing.
4. Scroll slightly and observe the content reappearing.

I cannot reproduce this bug locally (I can't test in production right now cause my Tina access request is currently pending).
Can you try again and if you can reproduce again give a call ?

I just tried to reproduce this and I have a slightly different issue, when I'm at the bottom of the page and resize the admin panel, then I cannot scroll up if my cursor is not on the middle of the rendered page over the "main" content.

Maybe the root cause is the same but the outcome is different because of the browser or the OS

As per my conversatin with @GordonBeeming this morning, their is clearly a rendering issue on his side.

We figured that the content is also partially disapearing in the middle of the page while the cursor reach the edge of the main content, but not everytime and not everywhere. It creates a blank space like we can see in the first video, but partially.
Maybe at the bottom of the page, the content still disapears partially but we have the "feeling" that all the content goes away because it's the bottom of the page.

We also looked at the console during the tests, and he also have that weird pointer-event: none class that pop, like we do.
That could resolve the scrolling issue, but not sure it will fix the rendering one. Maybe they are related but I doubt it.

Let's check that and create a new PBI with the rendering issue is unrelated.

I can't reproduce @GordonBeeming 's bug on my side. Maybe the bug appears only on Mac/Safari ?
I think we should try to reproduce on another Mac to validate that.

Also, about the scrolling issue: it's something that not only happen at the bottom at the page, but also wherever you are in the page.
I tried to reproduce this on another TinaCMS website (the demo one), and we got the same error !
To reproduce: just move arround the sidebar and then try to scroll up between the content and the side bar (like in Hugo's video).

So it's seems to be a TinaCMS issue here.
I'll YakShave in detail this issue tomorrow.
