My first day of using the program and I already love using it more than Spotify.
I absolutely love the clean and simple, but modern design!
First Idea: Import music from external sources
I am wondering though, this is a music player where I have to import my music files and I listen to a lot, but A LOT of music through Spotify and sometimes YouTube.
So, What if, I could connect Spotify or YouTube (Music) to Nora and have Nora play my Spotify and YouTube playlists or just completely transfer the playlist like some other programs out there (TuneMyMusic)?
I know that monetization plans of both these services might be a problem to get around, but it could be a case of mirroring the music files/metadata from either service. Maybe the tool used to find the music metadata (for author, album, artwork...), could also just find the music itself and play it or put it in a playlist?
If this would be possible, it doesn't just have to be only Spotify or YouTube. Think about iTunes, Deezer, Tidal...
Second Idea: Listen along in Discord
Nice that the program is able to show what you're listening to in Discord.
What if through discord, others could listen along, be it like an audio sharing option (like when you can share audio in a video call when sharing your screen).
That way people could easily listen to the same music, and maybe the person listening could, when they like a song, have the option to save the song themselves and it would download the song from the other person straight into your own library?
Third Idea: Make your own Colour Schemes
What if the user could be able to make their own colour scheme for the player?
Maybe if the user clicks on the colours, it could give you a colour wheel to choose a different colour.
I figure that in programming, you could integrate one colour wheel and have a function/method that when clicked on the coloured square, the colour wheel opens and the colour (hex code/rgb values...) are changed out with the new ones?
I love the program, and studying game production just makes me see all these possibilities everywhere!
I hope you can do something with these ideas or that it gives you other ideas!
