autogenerate orientation parameters (Trac #945)

As discussed with Paul Kienzle, the orientation parameters should be autogenerated rather than specifying them in each model.

See SasView/sasview#993. Orientation distribution on magnetic models may require extra parameters not in the model definition.

Also, there may be issues with mixtures of oriented particles.
