Add rectangular pizm models (Trac #242)

Klaus Huber requests 3 more core shell parallelopiped models to be added:

• Rectangular Prizm - same as current parallelopiped
• Hollow Rectangular Prizm - hollow but shell wraps completely unlike current core shell parallelopiped which has empty corners
• Hollow Rectangular Prizm with infinitely thin walls
