improve multilayer_vesicle model and vesicle (Trac #757)

multilayer_vesicle model would benefit from having polydispersity on the core radius, as this is likely to be significant in any real world situation, and also perhaps by having a separate sld for the gaps between the layers.

Compare vesicle.py and vesicle.c to see the new routines that will be required in order to sort the volume normalization.
