[Bug] 长时间运行后，程序无响应且无法关闭进程

Description

较长时间运行后（一周或者更久），发现Starward窗口无响应。前往任务管理器，无法终止进程。尝试命令行使用taskkill、Process Explorer，均无效。

Reproduction Steps

并非第一次出现，复现方法不确定，使用场景均为sunshine串流
