Typos and wrong comment in Target State And Status

Typos: Look for

• "selectected" (several times!)
• "ifinformation"

Method getSelectedHeading mentions that there are no means to differentiate between "true north" and "geometric north".

1. from what I understand, true north and geometric north are the same thing. So I guess that the author rather meant "true north" vs "magnetic north".
2. even then, the statement is only partially true:

• yes, it is not possible to distinguish when looking at this TSS message on its own
• but Aircraft Operation Status messages (for both, surface and airborne) carry exactly that information in the HRD flag. So fusing an AOS with this TSS message delivers the missing reference information

Users of the Selected Heading data should be aware that there is no method defined in this version of these MOPS to indicate its reference orientation.

• ED-129B, on the other hand, uses the HRD flag to determine the reference, indicating that avionics align selected heading with heading and can thus use the HRD flag for both
