If you need:
- the canonical repository license recognized by GitHub, read
LICENSE; - the wider donor legal/governance layer, use
terra-legal; - the public publishing boundary for the central ecosystem hub, use
FMP-CENTRAL-REPO.
This repository is not the whole legal headquarters of Terra.
So this file should stay short, readable, and explanatory rather than becoming an unreadable legal dump.
