Add an additional penetrance.r module to the package. This should contain code for reading in the different file types (in io.r) and code for making the calculations required to assess penetrance.
Once this addition has been made, we will be able to write a longer form vignette and design some experiments to quantify the efficacy of this and the scoring. Once happy with both components, we can tackle #2 and possibly begin to tie the two parts together.
