Shoko keeps adding all episodes to mylist over and over again

Hi,
I noticed this for a while now, but shokoserver keeps adding all the files to mylist over and over again.
I now looked into it and it seems like that shokoserver seems to pull an empty mylist.json and then decides that all the episodes need to be added to the mylist again. Since my mylist is quite extensive (4400 anime with over 60000 episodes in mylist) maybe this data needs to be synched differently.

Steps to Reproduce

no exact reproduction steps available. Happens with every mylist sync on my end.

Same problem with the 5.1.0.0 version.
This version I could analyze a little further and the empty mylist only seem to happen inside a docker container. If i run that version outside of a container natively on linux it works without problem.
