Add tag support to Abstractions API

Current Feature

No tag support

Feature Changes

ISeries, IMovie with IWithTags, adding simple Tags and Custom Tags support. Probably just strings.
AniDB anime can have regular and custom tags associated with them.
TMDB series/movie can have keywords.

I've already exposed tags/keywords/genres on their respective interface on my plugin branch, but i wouldn't be opposed to a generalized IWithTags interface to access tags/keywords in an universal way (as strings).

The reason I haven't added the interfaces on the master branch yet is because changing the types to IAnidbAnime, ITmdbShow, and ITmdbMovie for the properties on IShokoSeries is a breaking change and requires recompiling any plugins accessing the fields.

Yeah I think the plugin breakage would necessitate a major version.
In the meantime, perhaps IWithTags with one Tags property, IShokoSeries can have the custom user tags, and AniDB/TMDB ISeries/IMovie can have their respective tags/keywords.
