Time limit check #2
Description
- Don't hard code a time limit. Simply display the time it will take.
- The time limit should be specified elsewhere, e.g., by the course instructor.
- Need a headless function that loads a Yaml file, and returns the estimated time. This would be used in a GitHub action, e.g,. added to https://github.com/SiEPIC/openEBL-2024-07-Si-Heaters
