If users want to model dynamic_line_ratings and set the line device model to StaticBranchBounds, the model will just default to the static line ratings.

I want the simulation to fail directly and inform the user that this is not compatible and either remove dynamic_line_ratings or change the device model to StaticBranch

Providing warnings (from personal experience lots of people don't pay attention to the warnings until results)
