Add details for how AutoIncrement works on "Options" in the "Column Options"

I noticed on the ColumnOption's Option Overview page it doesn't describe how the autoincrement option works, what the best practices are for it, and what would happen if the table is cleared and new values are added. Those would be some great additions to give more clarity on how this feature works.

Also, having keywords for this page that includes all of the Option values would make it a lot easier to look up.
