VCS Expects Apugli's Custom Footstep Power to be written entirely differently from Apugli Wiki

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Apugli
2. Create a datapack power and set "type": "apugli:custom_footstep"
3. Attempt to write sound

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
