Raw Source Info for each CVE

A CVE's page should have a way to see the information (description and dates) crawled from all its sources and the filter status (is_garbage) of those sources. This info can be pulled from the rawdescription table. 

Filter status codes:
- 0 - New
- 1 - Unevaluated (not new, was skipped due to prioritizing certain source types)
- 2 - Passed
- 3 - Failed
