Docs: Add a video demo or GIF to README

A visual demonstration of the project helps users understand it instantly. We should add a GIF or link to a video in the README.

Requirements

• Record a short walkthrough of creating and executing a task.
• Convert to a lightweight GIF and embed it in the README.md.
