补上去了 脚本会将发行日志写入zh-CN的locale manifest，但是添加locale manifest的PR microsoft/winget-pkgs#329375, microsoft/winget-pkgs#329375 还没有被合并。 |

HMCL.HMCL.Dev 3.10.0.319 的提交清单中未包含发行日志。
这个更新日志的可能滞后，不知道脚本是否可以实现在日志更新后自动更新清单。 |
