How do I bypass Windows Security?

Tried running Install_New_theme.bat and the powershell command but both are flagged for malicious content. I've also added the bat file into exclusions but it's still being flagged for some reason. Any ideas?

Same here. Go into windows security >protection history and allow the latest "threat" shown-it should give you the option (I am on win11). Then try bat again.

Hmm I'm on Windows 10 and I don't see an "allow" option

Is there a way to set the file as an allowed threat?
