Sorry @Mathew-Iron I went through all of the wrong issues before assigning you this one. :D This assignment is just a suggestion, I've just observed that some of the articles within Chapter I could potentially be moved to Chapter II or III, and thought maybe it makes sense to outline those chapters in broad strokes before refining Chapter I further.
