We need to find a way to keep freedom of speech and at the same time allow to defend ourselves against foreign propaganda, as shown by recent incidents.

@SUBmarino006 that's what we've tried to do with the second article, to protect freedom of expression while leaving open the possibility of limiting it, but in specific cases that are clearly spelled out in the constitution and are designed to prevent abuses.

This article is one of the most important and we need people to revise it because it must be one of the articles of the constitution least likely to lead to abuses.
