### Article I. Right to Freedom of Speech
Every individual shall have the right to freedom of speech and expression. This right includes the freedom to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing, or through any other media of choice. Limitations on this right shall only be imposed by law and must be necessary to protect public order, national security, or the rights and reputations of others.
### Article II. Right to Assembly
